Install trakt for Plex Media Server:

This plugin is available in the Plex Unsupported App Store, so just install it from there. Otherwise, follow these steps:

Download the latest Trakttv.bundle from GitHub
Put the Trakttv.bundle in your Plex Media Server plugins directory
- Linux: /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
- OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
- Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Plex Media Server\Plug-ins
Restart Plex Media Server
Open a Plex client like Windows, OSX, iOS, Android, or the Plex/Web client.
Navigate to Channels » Trakt.tv Scrobbler » Preferences and enter your username and password
Turn on scrobbling and any other settings you want to
