Aachi and Ssipak (2006)
Sometime in the future, mankind has depleted all energy and fuel sources, however they have somehow engineered a way to use human excrement as fuel. To reward production, the government hands out extremely addictive, popsicle-like "Juicybars", which in turn also act as a laxative. Aachi and Ssipak are street hoodlums who struggle to survive by trading black market Juicybars.

One of the weirdest animation movies i've ever seen. And for once its not coming from Japan but from their neighbors South Korea. South Korea apparently has their own style of anime because it didn't look like anything i ever watched before.
Aachi and Ssipak are your everyday drugdealers in a futuristic city that find a women who apparently has the ability to poop so much that they get more drugs than they can handle. Other people want her and stop at nothing to get her.
As far as stories involving drugs addicted little blue men with machine guns trying to steal more drugs from a government who provides them to people who poop a lot go i thought it was a good story.
