A short film set to the music of "Windowlicker", a single by Richard D. James that was released in 1999 by Warp Records. Directed by Chris Cunningham, a frequent collaborator of James who had also done the cover artwork for the single along with The Designers Republic, as well as directing and doing the cover art to James's previous music video and single, 1997's Come To Daddy.
