71% ? REALLY? I think the movie was not cheap at all, but messy as hell. There were plenty of big scenes with a lot of people, but at the same time the movie shows CGI all over the place.
This movie does not know what it wants to be. The mood changes from overacted, serious scenes to pure comedy like that. What really bugs me is it's message: It is very - let's say - supportive for the Chinese Government. But i don't want to spoil here.
Overall this is such a messy movie that you can only appreciate the Fighting Scenes. THAT'S IT.
