Anything called Vampires vs Zombies should be brilliant. But there is bad news - this is just awful. Not kitch-bad so it would become a cult movie, but just bad. The acting, the effects, the plot, it is all like a first year students home movie (until you see something like Peter Jacksons' Brain Dead)
So sorry, ignore the cool name and ignore this movie.
