Chain Reaction (1996)
I think it was quite tense, albeit the scientific plot can be ignored. I have seen worse conspiracy & chase movies.

Woah Keanu Reeves is totally a scientist, dude. That totally gets framed for murder and is on the run.
Chain Reaction is from the director of the Fugitive. Which is fitting since it’s like the Fugitive but with scientists and definitely not as good.
Still, it’s not a bad action flick for a bored day at home.
Decent action movie. Some of ideas and motivations just don't make much sense, but there are some cool action sequences, and the gimmick of hanging the plot on clean energy is sound...
When I saw the trailer, I thought "What an interesting movie about science".
But then it wasn't that good.
They ran around and thats it.
Were they think to do a second movie? In the end Morgan Freeman's character stay alive and talking to someone.
