A pretty lame vampire horror comedy. For a film in the horror comedy genre, there wasn't much horror or comedy. It unfortunately spends way too much time on the filler teen romance/drama instead of going straight into the vampire hunting. The comedy doesn't win many laughs either. That's too bad since it opens quite brilliantly and leads you to think you might be in for a fun joyous splattery ride. If only it were so. I think this one would have been much more a success if it would've leaned into that vampire hunting story and build everything around it.
