It's a magical movie! I loved watching and certainly will watch again in the future.
A beautiful classic...I just loved it...
Marion Cotillard absolutely enchanting
If u wanna get the hell out of your home and have walk in the most beautiful places u can imagine ... Make sure u have Woody Allen to take u to Paris
Midnight in Paris, by Woody Allen. It stars Owen Wilson, who's stuck with a thought that life in the past was better than it is today, 4and as luck would have it, suddenly, every night at midnight, he gets transported back to the 1920s, and has conversations with all of his greatest inspirations. This movie's hilarious and insightful, and I definitely recommend it.
I love this film. It makes me feel better when I miss Home (France), it is a bittersweet feeling.
Good plot and beautiful scenery.
Climate, magical, charming, affecting the imagination. 20. Years would be my era.
very lovely movie. It absorbed you to a whole whole level of amazing feelings. I would recommend watching it and winding down.
I love it so much.. I gave it 9 not on how the film has been made or the story plot - 9 is how it made me feel great.
I remember enjoying this film immensely when I first saw it and surprisingly I didn't find it nearly as good upon a second viewing.

I get it. We build up the past to be something better than what it actually was to avoid our real life. Did it really have to take the whole movie to figure that out? I was bored most of the time. It also wasn't really that funny.
A fun time in a city that never was with people who never were.
Enchanting film. Fantastic cinema.
Good movie. I was looking for more twist but it ended suddenly!
the ending it was like ir they were in a rush to end the movie..
Great movie! You can really see Woody Allen acting through Owen Wilson interpretation. Wonderful scenes from Paris.
Really interesting concept, really well executed by Woody Allen. Kind of true always wishing you lived in a different era no matter what era you lived in.
I was not expecting that! But somehow it seemed that main character was not surprised enough, he didn't even tried to explain how it can happen.
They made his fiance too unlikable, like right away it's clear that they are not right for each other..
Overall interesting movie, but left me with mixed feelings
The start could be better, but it was necessary to realising the grey color of gil's life by the audience. It made the start a little boring - because Gil's life was boring- but The movie and the life of Gil became colorful after the Midnight.
It was a very good movie. A nice idea, successfully adapted. My favorite part is Hemingway's quote, "The character's lover is cheating on her right in front of her, it is unrealistic that the character is not aware of this." It was the part where he said. Our character says "this is called denial."
Also, the main message the movie gave me is this: instead of staying stuck in the past, learning from there; We should enjoy our day and live in the moment. We must establish friendship and love relationships with people who feel, see and live the world like we do. Short and clear, we should spend time with people we belong to, instead of adapting to people who don't really suit us.
Woody Allen's 'Midnight in Paris' is a unique blend of mismatched lead actors, a bewildering plot, and a stunning Parisian backdrop. Despite its odd combination of elements, the film manages to be endearing in its own way. Owen Wilson delivers a relaxed performance, while Rachel McAdams struggles to connect with him as the spoiled fiancee. However, the real star of the film is the city of Paris, which is captured in all its glory throughout the film. The supporting cast, including Carla Bruni and Adrien Brody, add depth to the film, but ultimately it is the artful storytelling that makes 'Midnight in Paris' a work of art in its own offbeat and clumsy way.
Really enjoyed it. Paris and its aesthetics always feed dreams and love stories. The movie brings a important reflection about who we wanna be in the present. Live in the past isn't an option, we have to enjoy the present and its problems, even when is boring and hard, keep looking to the good things.
don't waste your time with this film
I finally got around to seeing this tonight. I really enjoyed it. Great performances all around. Owen Wilson was in every scene and he did a fantastic job himself. Loved the interactions between him and the "midnight crowd". A fun fantasy flick that is aided by the beauty of Paris in multiple eras.
8.2
"That's the problem with writers. You are so full of words."
My expectations for this were pretty low. I expected to be bored and not too interested, but I was wrong. I found myself to be curious like Gil and enjoying this love letter to Paris. Are we always destined to long for what's in the past or are we ever going to enjoy the present?
A complete waste of time.
A fun, lightweight time trip.
Beautiful e amazing.

A great story about how easily we ironically can't see the uniqueness of what we see everyday. This has heavy implications for relationships with others and views of ourselves. The way this is shown repetitively is what makes this movie special to me.
