A woman follows instructions from a stranger on the phone, she has to kill a guy in the elevator, or her kidnapped daughter will die. When she finally resolves herself, the guy kills her first, as he was in the same situation, his wife being has been kidnapped and he was told to kill the woman.
Very interesting twist, too bad it was not developed a bit more, mainly on the caller's intentions. There might have been hints in the first part that was news about a ETA guy being released, but I did not really connect the dots.
