The film takes every derogatory stereotype of the French territory and throws it up on the screen, portraying the islanders as lazy, dangerous, spiteful, criminal, dim-witted terrorists. I wish the film was as cute as it thinks it is, because no one else will.
The people of Corsica deserve better. I know I do.
