I thought I had seen it all with the first installment of the Street Fighter but in this one Sonny Chiba punches someones eyes out!
Sonny Chiba rocks it again as Takuma Tsurugi and he has become a much nicer guy! He is still intense as hell, he faces enemies from the past, good guy karate is back, he can open up any bottle with his teeth, he shows us he is capable of using a firearm really well, he kicks and punches with ferocity and he has no mercy for anyone standing in his way. I also loved that early in the movie they show of these baddies how they use certain weapons, in the end it really was just showing off.
Anyway Return of the Street Fighter is a solid, solid sequel and for sure worth a watch if you liked the first one!
