The Biggest Fan is about a French actor (Gérard Lanvin playing himself) making a movie on location where he keeps inviting the world's most annoying fan to barge into his life and annoy him.
If you like the idea of someone who doesn't like being punched in the balls repeatedly asking someone to punch him in the balls, then this is the film for you.
I suspect, however, this poorly plotted and predictable waste will find it difficult to collect any fans at all.
