Oh man... There's so much to unpack with this movie. This is one of those "it's so bad it's good" types of movies (though good is an overstatement).
The acting is crap, the plot is stupid, the script jumps around, scene progression is shit, there's very objectionable and biased real life footage and references in it, the indie rap music from the illist lyricist ever is as good as you'd expect. There's also nudity in the most hilarious ways... except that one white chick who didn't have a problem to go all the way. And boy, do they show that she has no problem with it. Seeing this at this point in time when most of it ended and regimes changed also puts a little bow on it if you're on certain sides of the fence.
Anyways, I can't recommend this film but... I kinda can.
