A pretty fun follow-up to the 1981 film.
The original is obviously superior, by some distance, but 'The Fox and the Hound 2' delivers a suitably entertaining premise and decent voice acting to create solid viewing.
None of the cast are necessarily standout, perhaps barring Patrick Swayze's Cash, but they all give what's needed. Likewise with the animation, music and plot. On the latter, I don't love how it's forcibly sandwiched inbetween the events of the first production, though once it gets going it is enjoyable. It's all kept nice and short, too.
There are good and bad Disney animated sequels, thankfully this is more the former than the latter.

Didn't care much for this one, too busy for me and didn't give me any emotions. It does look great and I can imagine the fast pace will entertain kids, so mission accomplished.
