A fun addition to the franchise. It's just stupid fun all the way through. This one really understands how to keep the spirit of the original while still not afraid to try something different. Finally they made Burt Gummer as the lead! He's such a great character. Not sure about the rest though. I just realized that there's always some kind of love interest in these films and it's a bit tiring. The creatures evolve further into ass-blasters and gain ability to fly and fart fire. For some reason they remind me of the monsters in old EA game I used to play, SPORE. It's also worth mentioning that the CGI in this one looks bad and it is used heavily unlike Tremors 2, which uses practical for the most parts. That said though, it raises the entertainment factor and they still use practical effects where they can.

No graboids, shriekers or their mutations were harmed in the making of this motion picture.

A low budget version of Tremors that set up the TV series. But boy is it a riot.

Dumb characters, silly dialogues, repeating same methods of battling monsters, but to keep it fresh they keep changing the monster and it's abilities.. First part was fun, second ok, third - rather weak..

It's fun enough, but there's not much heart to it, even if characters from the first return and they add a couple new decent ones. They way they feel like they need to keep evolving the monsters is kinda lame. The newest version of the monster in this is just goofy.
