I don't need the story to be presented neatly on a platter. What I do need is some understanding of the characters' thought processes that lead them to make decisions, otherwise I'm just watching people pretend to be plot devices for 90 minutes. Unfortunately, Webcast doesn't give you much to understand the characters with and it suffers greatly for it.
