What da fuc*? Max's cupcakes are not Max's?

I really hated this episode. I mean all this time I was rooting for Max because she was this poor person but had tremendous skill with baking and then it all gets turned on its ear for a little product placement. If she were really making cupcakes that was driving people crazy she wasn't making them from a box mix. I already consider this show a guilty pleasure and I don't know why I like it and I really don't take it too seriously but I feel like the writers and produces showed contempt for the audience here and insulted us all.
