You are not totally right. The aired order differs from the DVD order on these last three episodes. That is because "Clarence Montgomery" was supposed to be broadcast as episode 8, but didn't air due to the weather delay of the 2012 Daytona 500. It will be broadcast on May 12, but it was intended as episode 8. If you look at thetvdb and click DVD Order at the bottom of season 1, you will see the correct order.

It seems tvdb is completely screwed up on this. Episode 9 is supposed to be "The Ames Brothers". And episode 10 already aired as episode 8. Evidence of that is the screenshot at episode 8 witch is the correct one of that episode.

The 1x09 is called "The Ames Brothers". "Sonny Burnett" was 1x10 but also aired yesterday, march 5th. ;)

This show doesn't get any better. It's in a downward spiral heading for cancellation
