Another funny episode as Ricky sends Karl to Jordan with a short stop in Israel. One specific moment of laughter was when Karl went to the Dead Sea to relax, when to the shore line and began to float in the water as all things do in the Dead Sea. Well, the camera man asked Karl what was in his belly-button and Karl had no idea and fling-ed it out followed by a tirade of what it could have been (phlegm, etc).
