I liked that walk when that engineer defected to America when they went from the hotel through the kitchen to the van. They both looked very nervous and agitated. Also that reaction when that plate fell on the floor in the kitchen was beautiful. It was all done in one shot with one camera that rolled alongside on a camera extrusion when they walked.
