I totally agree with you. I mean in the first episode that woman in the short pants is talking about when "shit finally hits the fan" (that was something they all painfully obviously had to say from the producers) she is gonna put a bullet in their cats heads so that they don't have to suffer....

What i meant when i say i learned stuff is really small stuff like what to put in a backpack and stuff like that. Nothing special really i couldn't have learned by picking up a survival book.

I respectfully disagree in that I believe this show's soul purpose is to make complete and utter fools out of these people. They pick the extreme and video tape them doing ridiculous stuff.

It's not geared to train, it's geared to entertain.

Interesting tv documentary/reality show. Not only because some of these "Doomsday preppers" are completely nuts in their lifestyle and preparation of an possible but unlikely disaster but also because i am a small amateur prepper myself in case of a big global or local virus outbreak. I learned some interesting things that i could use myself.
