RIP Lado B

As great as this episode was, with the chase to the reverse empath and the decision to close the gate, I am filled with regret that DRJ wasn't one step ahead of the Fringe team yet again by having the powering down of the machine be his plan all along. I wanted so badly the episode to end with the two Fringe teams staring at each other with the dawning realization that they'd just shot themselves in the foot yet again, and created an opening that they could resolve in the two part finale. Fringe. So good, but so full of regret.

Everything sounds pretty logical to me at this point.

As mentioned John Noble is fantastic, but the episode just didn't have the gravitas it should considering what the ramifications were.

I am really wondering how closing the two worlds from one another will affect them both. john noble was great again.
