Wow, that was a huge letdown. This episode was poorly written, clumsily directed and chock full of obvious ads ("That's how people pay for things now, Walter.") There were no surprises that the British nurse turned evil, because people with accents are always evil. If this is what we've got to look forward to with the short fifth season, I think that the final season has gotten thirteen episodes too long.

I thought Leonard Nimoy doesn't want to do any TV show again? ... I think he won't stay that long. Only for the seasons ending.....

Yeah, the Olivia/Peter puppet scene was terrible. Good to see William Bell back, curious to know what his motives are.
