Garfield tries to warn Jon, but he's very upset that Garfield followed him. Jon later discovers his wallet missing, and runs after his date who has just been apprehended by the police. To reward Garfield, Jon takes him out to eat, but wonders if it would have been cheaper if his wallet had been stolen.

Nermal becomes very upset when Hansel and Garfield try to shove the witch into the oven, so Garfield creates an alternate ending where the witch opens up her own gingerbread franchise.

Plus, Roy then gives Orson some trick bubblegum Orson goes and sees Lanolin about the pie and she says she'll give him the pie if Orson can get her a ladder. Orson sees Wade who was pleased to get rid of the ladder. And in return, Orson gives him the trick gum. Then, things start to go wrong when Wade eats the gum...

Orson can't get to sleep. This is because the sandman is ill and a temporiry one took his place. Many other people were missed that night as well as Orson. After several failed attempts from the other farm animals to get him to sleep, Orson has no choice but to do his jobs around the farm. The tempoiry sandman soon had Orson in the land of nod. But Roy woke him up. After a second attempt that didn't work, the temporiry sandman was sacked.

On a date, Jon and Liz go a chinese restaurant where, unexpectedly, Garfield shows up and makes the usual pig of himself. During the invaded meal, Liz explains that the armour that Garfield was hiding in was Yojumbo, a bodyguard/hero. On the way home, the three bump into a punk who tries to take Liz away. However, they do a runner and escape. The next day, Jon goes to a karate school so that next time they go out and bump into the punk, Jon will beat him up whilst Garfield acts like Yojumbo. After an unsuccessful time at the school, which also involved the stuffed volture trick, Jon and Liz go out on another date where they bump into the punk again. Jon tries the stuffed volture trick which didn't work so Jon and Garfield ran for what they're worth. Garfield then goes into a mechanic shop and gets out a grease gun and sprays it in front of the punk's path. Where he slips and collides with Jon. Liz called the police and the punk is nicked. Whilst Garfield got a big meal.

Jon and Garfield are playing a game and Jon picks up a card and reads it. ""You lose! Your cat gets everything in the fridge!"" it said so Garfield helps himself. Jon now needed to get some more groceries because of this but he is too tired and if he sends Garfield to get them the food will never get home. So Jon sends Odie to get them. On his way to the groceries, Odie bumps into an alley-cat, who takes the money and gives Odie a dirty old sock in exchange. Jon becomes disapointed with Odie but Garfield has other ideas and thanks to a rerun on his show, he finds out what happened and dresses up as a geek and set off with the sock and play money from the game. Garfield finds the alley-cat and tells him that he's looking for his owner's lost sock and shows the alley-cat the sock and the amount of money he would give the alley-cat if he has it. The alley-cat sets off to find Odie. Garfield gets ahead of the alley-cat and gives Odie the sock. The alley-cat soon finds Odie and gives him the

While Garfield believes he's going to be star, he turns out to be the actual star's stunt double. After having a piano dropped on him and a shark attack, Garfield baits Fettucini's chair with honey to lure a bear. As the director and his yesmen run away, Garfield is fired, but gets the star's dinner in the end.

At first, life with a lobster around the house is fun, except it seems as though the lobster is homesick. So, Jon and Garfield fly out to the Atlantic Ocean to take the lobster back home.
