Beck is a young program who becomes the skillful leader of a revolution inside the computer world of The Grid. His mission is to free his home and friends from the reign of the villainous Clu 2 and his henchman General Tesler. Beck will be trained by Tron - the greatest warrior the Grid has ever come to know. Tron will not only teach Beck the fighting and light cycle skills he needs to challenge this brutal military occupation, but he will be a guide and mentor to him as he grows beyond his youthful, impulsive nature into a courageous, powerful, strong leader. Destined to become the next Tron of the system, Beck adopts Tron's persona and becomes the archenemy of General Tesler and his oppressive forces.

I really am amazed at the level of quality that this show has every episode again and again!
Right from the start this tv show has managed to keep me at the far end of my seat in suspense looking at the beautiful art and the incredible awesome stories they come up with week after week.
When i first started watching this tv show i was expecting something a little more... childish. Considering it was made for the Disney channel. I have seen some of the other shows that appear on that channel, and to say that the quality of some (not all of them, but definitely more than half) of the tv shows is lousy is an understatement. But that couldn't be more further from the truth in this case. The script they managed to put out episode after episode so far has been intelligent, funny at times and a thrilling rollercoaster that as far as i know only can be found among anime's from Japan.
I really hope that Disney knows that they have an outstanding show on their channel and that they get more and more loyal viewers with every episode that airs. Because this is one of those tv shows that i hope in my honest opinion will take years to reach its conclusion, and i will enjoy watching every minute of it.

Netflix picked up Season 1. We can only hope they become an option for funding S2, as Disney has yet to make up their mind on a renewal...

Big fan of Tron. Watched Tron and Tron: Legacy countless times, really enjoying this show. The only thing I find slightly off-putting is the seemingly random schedule and long delays between episodes ..
