Why would Wayne hire someone to do a burglary, but then go along on the burglary himself? That's stupid.
I'm guessing we're mostly done with Saunders at this point, and the last episode will be about tracking down this last vial. But they sure did a damn good job of making Jane see her father's point of view, lol. Directly threatening to kill you like that would definitely cause you to become a bit disillusioned about the government.
The other commenter said that Sherry is dead, unless he is giving a spoiler from the next episode it isn't clear if she is or not in this episode, she was shot in the stomach!
Wayne was a dumb ass who didn't even bother to open his mouth and say a word to convince Julia that she didn't need to shoot Sherry and then he goes and gets Julia's blood all over himself.
