Way to bloody obvious that it could be Billy, but maybe they that's exactly who they want you to suspect, maybe it is someone different, but right now my money is on Billy as the arsonist. Of course Owen is doing everything to make himself look even more like a suspect, breaking in to where the arson happened, tampering with the fuse box, getting his fingerprints on all of it, he figured out how it was all done so when he'll say how it looks like he knows because he did it, he bought all of the identical supplies as the arsonist would have used, he has it all set up in his house with what will probably be assumed as his test run display. Great, he's smart enough to figure it out but dumb enough to about it the way he is.

I’m only 10 minutes into the story, but I had to stop. They said that the one small chain hooked to the truck wasn’t going to hold it for long. The very first thing they should’ve done was to run another chain or two down to the truck and get it tightened on the winch so that it was stable. I guess there’ll be some purpose in the plot from here that makes some sort of sense to have ignored the danger in leaving just one chain suspending the truck.
Two stars for now, but hoping it will get better.
