Boring, nothing much happens... and of course, in the end Paragon's no good. Owen and the rich lady... don't care.
This episode wasn't too bad, although the plots seemed a bit silly at times. Owen's inability to be straightforward was quite annoying, but also highly plausible, and while the rivalry between the fire department and the private health contractors seemed a bit exaggerated to the point of cartoonishness, the core competition and source of conflict was grounded and realistic, making this episode fit right in among some of the less serious episodes in the series.
Good break from all the serious, I also hate "that rat bastard".
