I said at the start I was excited to see where this leads and I am not disappointed in the slightest.

Shin just isn't intimidating or scary enough with them cute doe eyes.

This episode of Ahsoka was recorded on the national Take Your Kid to Work Day

Hm, is it possible for this show to get any more stupid or obvious? I mean Huyang tells Ahsoka and Sabine to stick together, Ahsoka asks Sabine if she can trust her... and of course, they separate, of course Sabine is her usual annoying and stupid self - and again, the map lands in the hands of the darksiders. Urgh. Another case of compulsive completist me having to finish a show rather than watching it because I actually like it.

And now we get Ahsoka meeting force ghost/artificial looking Anakin (well, could still be a trap by the dark side yet)... and WTH is Hera doing taking her son into a dangerous situation? I hope, though, that he'll display some signs of the force, and even more, that he'll show more brains than Sabine ever did in this show so far. He can't be more annoying than her, that's for sure.

I'd rather watch Obi-Wan reciting the phone book than this show filled with stupidity and plotholes (if there's a plot to be discovered at all among all the sllloooowww talking and gaming/action sequences).

Sabine getting stabbed by lightsaber: I am fine, tis but a flesh wound.
Ahsoka on top of ship in space: This is fine, I am going to do some acrobatic jumps in space, fall back on the ship and prevent the enemy from blowing us up using my lightsabers.
Ahsoka falling on the ocean: Well, I am dead... Time for some memberberries and time travelling!

This show suffers the same problem as Kenobi.

It was highly anticipated and everyone is waiting for "the" one thing to happen. It is easy to look at. Meanwhile we get one action scene after another but little content. I like lightsaber fights as much as the next guy but even I are bored by them at this point. And they are stretched out for no reason other than to fill the time. Furthermore monotone one word dialogues, and totally predictable writing. And you realize by now that this should have been a movie rather than a mini-series.

Even the massive reveal at the end wasn't a surprise as the title of this episode alone was a massive spoiler in itself.

But this is how you catch bees. Just pour enough honey over it.

OMG... What a spot to end the episode!

loading replies

this episode was so good, pure light saber action and the teases and all and the ending because HOLY SHIT ANAKIN

loading replies

Sabine is so weak. She gave up so easily. And she should’ve listened to Ahsoka and destroyed the key. What’s more important the fate of the galaxy or one guy

loading replies

Who's the fallen Jedi? Anakin? Baylan? or Ahsoka, who literally falls

loading replies

Plastic faced CGI Anakin is plastic! urghh...

What sort of irresponsible parent flies their child into a war zone. The writing was poor and the acting was awkward and non-engaging. What happened to the great writing from the animated shows? Wouldn’t you let them lead as they did such a great job with those. This is so stunted.

I don't care for the actor playing Sabine, and the ending was lame. Did she enter the force? Is the Flash going to show up? Shin looks like a medieval squire, and the other one, whatever their name is, looks like a knight. I find this show very slow and very boring. The mythology created/extended/changed by Rebels, is not for me.

Sigh... god damnit Sabine

loading replies

People who have never seen Rebels going to be very confused about the ending.

I have loved this show so far, and this episode was just the icing on the cake. I'd love it if the episodes were longer but hey if that's the criticism, you know they're doing something right. SNIPS!!!

7.5/10

Transmitting (radio signals) while hiding seems like a bad idea... :o :D
Huyang has much better combat skills than I expected!
"Well, that will set me back a bit." xD
Look's like Hera's indeed still a true Rebel ("Watch me").
It's nice to see her flying the Ghost again.

"You have no power." - Yeah, Sabine really doesn't have it easy... :o
And apparently Sabine's family died between Rebels and this show!?! :o That could definitely explain the tensions between Ahsoka and her.

"No one will be following us." - How could Sabine help them and what could possibly be her plan?!? She really seems to be blinded by her emotions for Ezra... :o

At least Ahsoka is now in that very powerful space with the floating pathways and dors/portals, again.
Seeing Anakin at the end was super exciting and promising! <3 I cannot wait for the next episode now... Hopefully it'll be good!

Dumbass gives map to the enemy even though “you know you can [count on her].” Captain Dumbass brings her child on a dangerous space mission, and then just stares at the enemy “oh, it looks like they are going to jump” and just lets them jump. Jedi training robot cannot defend himself against run of the mill attack robots, and covering his mouth with a metal “hand” keeps him from yelling “help!” Did I miss anything? LOL Still, I’m gonna keep watching, it’s fun despite being written by/for kindergarteners at times. Such seems to be the way of these series.

This show has managed to make lightsabers boring. And would someone please get Ahsoka a strong cup of coffee or something comparable to perk her up a bit?

so the force can move mountains but a 2 pound metallic sphere is too much...

The lightsaber fights weren’t that good.

Now I can’t wait to see next week’s episode.

This is the peak of what good Star Wars Disney TV is. Andor was very anti Disney and better but this is the best we could ever get for their toned down reference heavy material. snips!

loading replies

Best Star Wars content in a long time. This was so good!

loading replies

Lightsaber fights were really nice but I think they could have used some more work in fluidity. Probably the best live action fights we’ve seen during the Disney+ era though tho (except the final Vader Kenobi fight in Kenobi). Sets up lots of interesting stuff but I think the show suffers from a weekly release

Holy shit, they actually pulled it off.

Good but deducted
1 point for
Sabine who is annoying
me so much, never liked
her from the beginning
but gave her a chance,
even after ignoring
orders and losing the
Map-Key.
And to once again
ignore orders and
give the map straight
to the darksiders
that's it for me now
I don't trust her and I really
don't like her, she should
have destroyed it
straight away, I was hoping
Blondie would choke her
out. don't get me started on
watching the giant space
ring power up and not even
get a single shot off at it,
utter nonsense, with such
a strong start I really hope
this Show straightens itself
out for the second half of
the season.

Absolutely loved this episode and what an ending.
