Equally sad and disturbing. Amazing season from start to finish. Probably the best so far.
Also, I can't get over how Dylan's last conversation with his mother destroyed everything they've built. :( And I can't believer no one told him she died and he didn't even get to attend her funeral. Ugh.
Well that was disturbing to say least. I wonder if Norman will stuff her? Taxidermy is his hobby.
Bates Motel, man, just Bates Motel. What a wonderful series. Even though this episode could have worked as the big finale, I trust the writers in working for an even better final season.
It's funny, at the beginning of the show I didn't like Norma at all and couldn't wait for her to get killed. As seasons went by she became more sympathetic in my eyes while Norman turned into a complete monster. Kudos to the writers and actors for developing these characters so well!
Freddie fucking Highmore, y'all. Superb acting from him, as usual. I like the way the show is slowly sliding towards the movie, the writers are doing a great job there.

The minute Normero got together I knew one of them was doomed, but I could've bet it was going to be Alex. His death is waiting for him, and will surely be a gruesome one at the hands of Norman :'(.
I'm gonna miss Norma as hell, though. We'll be lucky enough to still have Vera on the show, but Norman's version of Mother is not the Norma we all came to love. It saddens me she had to go when she was at odds with the three men in her life, she was never going to have a happy ending, but I would have liked for things to have worked a little bit better for her.
Wow. Just... wow. Freddie Highmore has come such a long way from freakin' "August Rush." Vera Farmiga was great. The whole cast was top notch. I noticed that Farmiga isn't in the news as leaving the cast either. I know we'll be seeing her ghost around a lot. Good news.

What an amazing, thrilling, emotional and fulfilling season finale this was. The right amount of questions were left open as a cliffhanger. Rarely watched a series (or even movie) that touched so many levels of emotions.
Does anybody else think the sheriff looks totally like Anthony Perkins?He would have made a great adult Norman.
I think Dylan and Emma will be like Sam and Lila from Psycho in season 5. Since the show doesn't lead into Psycho much. Since Norman killed Norma and a guy named Joe she was with off screen in Psycho. Was no Romero she married.
Season 5 will be Psycho pretty much.

What a great freaking episode. Love the direction this is going. I'm so excited for season 5.
I think we will see Norma a lot more next season than people think. Norma is Normans alter ego.
