Was Elizabeth Montgomery still pregnant when she gave "birth" to Tabitha? In later episodes from this series she looks full blown pregnant. If she was, why did she give birth to Tabitha so early on. Why not just let her go through the pregnancy as it was for her. Meaning give birth to Tabitha later on in the show.
