Wow, end of an era! Who’d have thought moving house could be so emotional.
A great farewell to a great 8 years of educational humour. Thank you, black-ish.

I'm really going to miss the Johnson family wipes tear

What a lovely way to end the show. I thought this was a truly amazing way to end it, especially the last couple of minutes and bringing everyone back. Really enjoyed this program with such fabulous actors. 8 year of familiar humour (touch of joy), a peculiar family.

Ps. The episode ends with a New Orleans style Second Line after the "funeral" complete with some black & gold umbrellas.

In a TV space and world where a whole lotta shows don't get the chance to have a proper send - off, it's a breath of fresh air to have an important piece of television like Black - ish actually be able to finish telling its story on its own terms.

What a fantastic show, what a fantastic cast and what a wonderful goodbye. I'm gonna miss the Johnsons dearly. And I certainly can't wait to see what's next for this incredibly talented cast.

So the final scene was a teaser for the new spin-off Span-ish?

Great Finale. Love this show.

At last it's finally finished! This was actually not bad at all the first couple of seasons.... Then it went downhill all the way, very fast.... The spin offs are also huge disasters: it's the same old case again of child actors growing up and proving that acting isn't exactly their specialty
... Whoever wrote the scenarios also better look for another job elsewhere then the entertainment business. My wife kind of liked this series, and stuck through it till the end, brave move, I say!

I will miss this family a lot! A lovely end!
