It felt somewhat uneventful, especially since it was all about approaching Matthew to retrieve the phone, which was all for nothing, at the moment, because Afreen's upload of its contents to the team (which has encryption that needs to be cracked) through Briana was canceled. Things are progressing relatively fast but slowly. Other than that, I'd like to point out the new title sequence, which was very nice. It was super short and shorter than the previous ones, I'm sure, but it's the best one we've had. And, I don't know why, but I feel like there may be a different one each episode. The title sequence in the premiere was new but different from the one in this episode. But that's probably a weird and incorrect assumption of mine that crossed my mind. Oh, and lastly, Patterson's name has been revealed! Yay! Or not. I couldn't care less. But for those who've wanted to know it so badly and have always had it at the forefront of their minds, I'm sure it was an exciting moment for them.
One of my favorite shows

This show always uses suspension of disbelief as a main character. I'm just gonna get rid of them in the next few lines so that I can get to the good stuff.
Are you seriously telling me that no one in the FBI decided to check the vents after they found Rich there? And only thought about it like months later? And why weren't Madeline's guards have a close eye on Bill Nye when they know he's Patterson's dad and that he always refuses to go to those events?
Now, the good stuff. Maybe it's the whole Quarantine and the crazy world we're living in now, but I'm so enjoying this season so far. And I'm adoring Weitz, like I've never done before. I burst out laughing when he thought Bill Nye was flirting with him and casually proposing him to have sex. Also, I need to hear the whole speech he gave. I hated him at the beginning but now I'm just in love with the character. I love his weird sense of humor.
I loved seeing Patterson with her dad. The first interaction they had really hurt my feelings. I loved the reveal of her name. No wonder she hates it. But at least I can finally understand why her boyfriend David called her Patterson. Poor girl!
Seriously, this Madeleine woman is a pain in the ass. It looks like the closer they're to an exit, the faster Madeleine moves. And now, by the looks of it, both Brianna and Weitz are in danger. I really hope nothing bad happens to them. But I'm really thinking that Weitz will end up sacrificing himself for the team.
Also Patterson's and Weller's outfits. Jeez, Patterson's was OK, but Kurt's. I burst out laughing the whole time he was on screen. It was really stupid.
Oveall, fun episode minus the usual Blindspot stuff. I really think that this last season will benefit from fewer episodes and I think it's gonna be a great send-off for the show. One thing that pisses me off is that the season has just started and we need to wait two weeks to see another episode.
