I'm watching this thinking wtf?!?!! How long has he been the PC? I thought for sure he got the job like a year or few months before the show started.
36 minutes in this episode, he mentions when eldest son was entering the academy he used middle name instead of last name because his dad was PC. Earlier on with new grandson introduced end of last season we learned the Mom quit academy because she was pregnant. So age of grandkid + 1/2 years is how long he's been PC, 25 years at least. Crazy!!!!
