This is just rough. It touched me deeply. Uncomfortable watch.
This episode honest to God just ruined me. Slim was one of my favourites in this series and seeing this episode shattered my heart. I haven’t cried this much over a show/movie in ages, but the emotions in this show really pours out. Eli’s cries for help just hurt me so bad, I feel so upset for him, he doesn’t deserve any of this.

The first episode I have gotten into. Partly as a result of the stories complexity and depth growing but largely due to some great performances, especially from Simon Baker and Bryan Brown.
Until this point I have largely been pushing through in the hope it would grow on me but my interest has grown enough to make me want to keep watching.
