Wow, I didn't know Chicago P.D. characters appeared this early in the show's run. This is like a year and a half before the first episode of P.D. That's kind of crazy. Not only that, but Voight is a complete scumbag here! Big difference from where his character ends up going.
That wheelchair ramp looked like there would be absolutely no room to maneuver an actual wheelchair at the turns.
