I always love when two characters are about to have a conversation, but then it gets interrupted by an emergency call, and they just put the conversation completely on hold. As if they are incapable of exchanging words while getting ready and driving to the emergency.
Why the hell was James even allowed to go on calls, anyways? He's still in high school, and not formally in the firefighting academy or anything like that. But he's allowed to go on calls and even get all dressed up as a firefighter? That seems like it'd be insanely against regulations.
