Very powerful episode, I thought the issues were handled well.
Human mob mentality stomping over a woman and her child. But then this is Chigago who voted for a incompetent psychopath as mayor. Then of course they couldn't leave it with some one shooting a bad guy, they just had to turn it into a anti-gun story and attack on the second amendment. At least they portrayed the media as the intrusive assholes they are.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. The kid didn't necessarily deserve to die... but he didn't totally not deserve it. I agreed with the father's original stance of not giving him the liver of his dead wife, because that was directly his fault.
The racist old lady B-plot (or C-plot, I guess) was just stupid and a waste of time.
That "I didn't know you were trying to peg me" line was so cringe.
