Dr. Marcel was ok in the first episode. But in this episode, what the fuck was that voice inflection he was putting on? There wasn't a hint of that in the previous episode. It sounds so bad. He's trying way too hard to emulate that 'smooth talker' archetype and it's not working at all.
I am so tired of the 'fresh-faced med student is overcome with shock and freezes up during medical emergency' trope. It's so overdone. Stop doing it.
This is the most screentime and lines that both Capp and Tony have ever had! Too bad it wasn't on their show, lol. I think this is also probably the most Matt Casey has been on Med outside of crossover events. I wonder if they consciously limit Jesse Spencer's time with Med due to his previous prominent role on House.
