Decent first episode. That Mae character I could be without though. Zero charisma and amateurish acting.

The show has potential. As far as a pilot goes, it wasn't all that interesting, but the team seems interesting enough to give it a few more episodes. Only that Mae girl that is too push-y and the acting is not good at all!
it was all so easy. a guy who was doing it all for a ritual, something cultural, just listen to "you were loved" and everything changed??
Better cast than Criminal Intent (PFC Garlic grows up to be an FBI profiler? Janine Garaffalo as anything government?) but this first episode was bland and predictable. Hopefully the series will improve with further episodes.
