I love Hotch so much:heart: He’s always so calm and collected, but still so caring and sweet. He’s the best boss ever, no doubt about that <3
I'm bored with this "Dirty Dozen" storyline... and this episode felt like the writers are completely lost... yeah, part of it was solved, but still it's not that interesting.

Honestly, if Thomas Gibson ever left this show, it would be over. Hotch is by far the best :-) Too bad more bosses can't be like him in real life...
