Like Pat Travers, this show , two episodes in is "gettin' better, better all the time, all the time". After an interesting but lackluster premier, episode two delves further into how a smart kid and his family ended up going on the "race for freedom", The two (main) protagonists, unbeknown (yet) to each other (although the viewers are clued in) have now grudgingly teamed up, even though only ONE team can be the winner. (or possibly only ONE person, which is not yet clear) Big Sis seems to have quickly forgotten that SHE was the one who caused her Pops to become rotter fodder, so IMO if anyone should be next to try out for snack food, it should be her.
Dammit - Kyle Reese / Dwayne Hicks can"t EVER catch a break!!!! Yet Boromir lives on, psychotic as ever.
Interesting ruminations on big pharma monetizing the cures for deadly diseases. Times certainly have changed from the bad old days when every kid had that telltale little round scar on their shoulder. Easy to forget and become an "anti", once a disease is pretty much eradicated I guess. Silly Rabbits!
Billy Zane's heart still goes on, and Babies, don't let your Mommas grow up to be Zombies,, so on to the next episode!!
