This thing with Miguel really bothered me.. So Miguel killed an innocent person (not so innocent), and so has Dexter.. he killed Oscar and he framed Doakes and was going to kill him.. Miguel didn't have to die.
why didn't Dexter kill him with a knife like he usually does with others ?
I thought they were going to save the big kill for the season finale! You can't have one without a big climatic moment.
