The cops would have been called in right away for something like this and if they even remotely suspected that Clemente would have shot that woman they would have checked for gunshot residue right away. They are not as stupid as these Hollywood hacks seems to think.
And the Stalin bitch in surgery would never have been allowed to go on like that and she would certainly have been held responsible for ignoring the calls to treat a gunshot wound.
