So there is actually very little direct man/woman gap, but instead a father/mother gap. I really thought that the difference for "same work different pay" would be bigger.

I really wish this episode discussed WOC when discussing the gender-pay gap in the US. The approach was very focused on white women, rather than the experience of all women within the US
