I don't get it. A restraining order doesn't seem to exist in the universe of Finding Carter. But that isn't that much of a surprise, with in this case easy to get order, Lori would be completely out of the show. Boy, guess what FC would be without her: a simple teeny drama... Oh, wait.
This show should have been a 1 season show on another network. Now the writers just pull out stuff out of nowhere as the show goes on. Like the thing with Max' mother and why Carter didn't tell Taylor. Carter didn't know it before either, the writers came up with it just recently and got another pulled out of nowhere character to bring it up. At least it's so heavy handed it strongly seems like that. Jeez. This show is falling apart more and more. So sad.
