I really like the Anthology/Story Arc format. Fringe is like The X-Files in that sense but ties the two formats together better. I hope this continues with upcoming seasons but I'd bet it will be more Story Arc focused. This is a pretty gory show. Walter is my favorite character so far. Olivia is a little too spunky sometimes.

Started off a bit slow, choppy and all over the place. Very old school style TV series that seemed “episode to episode”, but the second half was much better and had a strong plot. The plot is interesting and captivating - ended the season looking forward to the next. I think whilst it seemed great that everything was slowly tied in together, I thought there could have been a better way of introducing plot elements without having it case by case. Another criticism was the overuse of Walter jokes - yes he has an obsession with foods, but by the 5th time, it was so repetitive.
