Enjoying this heartwarming show. Refreshing to have a show that deal with human issues in a possible way.
its getting a little boring...
I started this show because the premise of it sounded much like Person Of Interest, which is probably my favourite show ever. But I'm 3 episodes in and it's sort of getting boring already - so far the episodes have had pretty much the exact same storyline - it's much too predictable to really feel interesting at this point. The character dynamics are different but in a nice way, and very diverse ( wlw couple and an interracial friendship which I assume is going to continue to develop over the season to a romantic one ), which is a great and refreshing feature that not many shows even now dare to explore so openly. I'll give it a few more episodes, though, hopefully it picks up to something better.
When I first started watching this show I was expecting some lame ass comedy, but I actually got stuck with a sincere and quite touching show. I still find the acting to be a bit off, at times, but the story and the interactions between characters keep me coming back for more. Also, I appreciate how slowly and smoothly they're building the romance between Miles and Cara, to the point of the whole thing feeling very natural (and most certainly rewarding by the time those two finally get together). The whole interracial couple thing is also a nice, comforting touch, without getting the show too deep into the SJW dirty waters.

Way to ruin a good show CBS. I'm done.
