Just watched after the other Harlan Coben series The Innocent, and the quality is way lower. It’s fair on his own, but compared to the other show is very disappointing, it just doesn’t hold your attention, five long episodes...
this mini-series started out pretty good. The last two episodes were not that great. It got predictable and dull.
[Netflix] The new adaptation of Harlan Coben's novels abounds in the writer's usual topics, related to the weight of the past and the inability to start a new life without the mistakes made being exposed sooner or later. Spanish director Juan Carlos Medina assembles a puzzle explained and solved better than "El inocente" (Netflix, 2021), but that cannot avoid stalling in the flashbacks and in an implausible plot.
Just cannot get into this series — probably just me.

The English over-dubbing is terribly inaccurate and cheesy. If you don’t speak French I’d recommend using subtitles.
