This one is an entertaining spoof of local legends and internet horror characters a la slenderman. The premise of a monster who’s always behind you is an enjoyably silly one. The misdirect of an owl with a maraca is nicely absurd. And as always, the fact that there really is something creepy going on ends the short on a nice note. All-in-all, Dipper trying to get to the bottom of minor oddities in Gravity Falls is a good concept for these shorts, and they have a lot of fun with them.
